Beginning Meditation:

In this workshop, the Chakra system is introduced. You will learn simple techniques to cleanse your Chakras. A discussion about what meditation is and the benefits thereof will be given. You will also learn to use nature in meditation. We will be doing a simple nature meditation during the workshop and discussions will follow. In the 2nd half of the workshop, a technique of healing meditation using Alpha Level will be taught. You will be taken to Alpha Level where you will have an opportunity to work on yourself. By the end of this workshop, you will have all the tools you need to become more self-aware, to take charge of your life, to trust yourself, relax and listen to yourself. This is a participatory workshop. This workshop is 2 hours long including a 10-minute break.

Introduction to Stones and Crystals:

This workshop will show you that a stone or crystal in not simply a clump of innate matter, but that they are built with and from energy. You will learn how to use this energy to better your life. You will learn how to choose, cleanse and program your stones and crystals. You will be shown the subtle differences of energies between different stones and crystals. You will learn several types of crystals and stones and how to use them. This workshop also will include a set of stones corresponding to the Chakra System. Workshop is about 1 to 1 ½ hours long.

Introduction to Pendulum Dowsing:

This is a hands on workshop. You will learn just what dowsing is and how you can use it. You will learn about different theories on what makes dowsing work. You will be taught how to get to know your Astral Self and your pendulum. You will also be shown how to make various charts to use for different types of pendulum work as well as have an opportunity to do a bit of "map" dowsing. You will learn how to formulate your questions so that your pendulum can give an answer. This workshop includes a pendulum and is about 2 hours long.

Introduction to Tarot Reading:

You will need a deck of Tarot cards for this workshop. They can be purchased at many bookstores as well as any metaphysical shop and online. This workshop teaches the basics of reading the cards. Learn about the symbolism in the cards and what they mean to you. Learn how to create a spread that will work for you. By the end of the workshop, you will be reading cards. If you do not have a deck of cards, please let me know and we will see what we can work out. Workshop is approximately 2 hours long.
